David W. Salzman, PhD is the CEO of Gatehouse Bio, where he leads the R&D of precision microRNA-based therapeutics using multi-modal datasets and artificial intelligence. He previously held leadership roles at MiraDx and Biogen, where his work contributed to the development of the ProsTOX and PrevIOTox diagnostics and QALSODY, an FDA-approved antisense oligonucleotide therapy for SOD1-mutated ALS. He earned his PhD in Molecular Biology and serves as a Business Advisor to the Harvard Institute for RNA Medicine.
